A booking may be changed, postponed or cancelled when necessary due to worker availability, weather, operational circumstances, location-related issues or other reasonable circumstances.

Worker Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide workers according to the requested category and requirements. However, worker availability can change without prior notice.

If the requested worker is unavailable, we may offer an alternative worker or another suitable arrangement, subject to your approval.

Pricing & Payment

Labour charges may vary depending on the type of work, worker category, skill level, duration, location, working conditions and other applicable factors.

The final price or applicable labour charge will be communicated or confirmed before the service whenever reasonably possible.

Any additional work, additional hours, materials, transportation or other charges should be agreed upon before they are incurred whenever possible.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible.

Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to worker availability, travel arrangements, work already started, advance payments or other applicable circumstances.

Any refund or cancellation adjustment will be handled according to the applicable booking arrangement.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a reasonably safe and suitable working environment and for providing accurate information about the work.

• Provide correct work location and contact details.
• Clearly explain the nature and requirements of the work.
• Provide reasonable access to the work area.
• Inform us about relevant hazards or special working conditions before work begins.
• Treat workers respectfully and appropriately.

Worker Conduct & Safety

Workers are expected to perform their assigned work professionally and responsibly. Customers should not request workers to perform activities that are unsafe, unlawful or outside the agreed scope of work.

Where a situation creates a reasonable safety concern, work may be paused until the issue is addressed.

Materials & Equipment

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, customers may be responsible for providing required construction materials, tools, equipment or other items necessary for the work.

If we arrange materials, equipment or transportation, the applicable cost may be added to the service charge after confirmation.
